About Lars
Lars has been working in design and operational safety research and development, including training research, for a large part of his career with a manufacturer’s corporate research and development team. He holds 15+ patents in this field.
Recently, his activities include the development of methods and tools for optimization of flight crew training. He holds a master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from Technical University Berlin, Germany, and is a private pilot.
Lars is taking a leading role in bringing the EBT Accident and Incident analysis up to date to derive results that will help determine industry-wide critical areas for training focus.
