About Ryuichi
Ryuichi was first involved in airline pilot training in 2006. At that time, the company’s pilot training program needed significant improvement and change according to the latest best practices. He started to try to improve CRM Training and wrote in-house theoretical material about TEM/MCC/Non-technical Skills.
Now, he works at the center of implementation for EBT and CBTA. He works as a training developer by means of Instructional Systems Design (ISD) and has been introducing a number of remarkable ideas in training. He also conducts Train the Trainer Training (TTT) and his activity is not only at his company but also within other airlines in Japan. Before he became involved in pilot training, he gained experience as a flight dispatcher and flight safety. He was also a leader in the introduction of the 1st LOSA at his company.
